Our client
is a well funded and profitable enterprise software company
and currently seeking a Sr. Sales Executive to develop
and execute their sales strategy in their high growth software
market, delivering a cost and revenue optimization
(including reimbursement, analytics, reporting, audit modules)
solution for healthcare payers (e.g. BCBS, Aetna, Cigna,
etc). Reporting to the CEO, Sr. Sales Executive will be
responsible for domestic revenue generation spanning both
direct and indirect channels. The ideal candidate will
have proven success selling emerging technology into the
healthcare market, specifically enterprise scale software.
This is a hands-on role that also includes selling and
closing, team management as well as strategic development
for current and future growth.
Job Requirements:
Minimum
of 8-10 years senior level experience managing and selling
enterprise scale software into healthcare payers (CXO level)
with a track record of success. Demonstrated experience
consistently reaching and/or exceeding quotas in the $4M
+ range. Hands-on leader with a strong drive to succeed
and meet goals. Experience developing and building a multi-layered
sales organization through hiring, training, developing,
and goal/objective setting of seasoned sales individuals.
Depending on experience may hire more senior level executive
to lead overall team or may provide accelerated path to
Sr. Management role given company
