Our client is seeking a technically-savvy Product Manager who will partner key stakeholders and development teams throughout company to clarify business needs and develop a product roadmap focused on delivering clear benefits. You will be responsible for the overall website platform, which comprises of rich internet application products and services, throughout the execution cycle, including: gathering product requirements, defining product vision, creating preliminary design concepts, and working closely with engineering to implement new features and services and iterate. We need a passionate leader capable of driving cross-organizational efforts to evangelize the platform vision directly tied to corporate strategy. As the product manager you will develop product vision, definition and strategy to build robust and scalable solutions. Define and articulate the business value proposition across multiple audiences including product development and executive management. Focus on how to drive both value and economics into the overall platform. Develop product strategies while looking for synergies across multiple groups. Develop requirements and functional specifications for projects that deliver against the roadmap goals and work with engineering to coordinate the development effort. Maximize engineering productivity by prioritizing effectively. Requires at least 3 to 5 years experience as a product manager working through the software development lifecycle. Experience with complex and large-scale rich internet applications incorporating video (live or on-demand) into consumer facing entertainment web portal; experience with Flex, Flash and/or Silverlight based applications is a bonus

The Software Engineer will collaborate with other technical and business leaders to build clients next generation SaaS products. They will work with product managers, business partners, and other engineers to design software solutions for business problems; create design documents; develop software programs and perform unit testing; and provide technical product support of the company's production applications. Senior Software Engineers will also lead other engineers in the design and development of high-quality business applications; and work with architects, DBAs, and other engineers to create application architecture to support multiple applications. Requires: Min 10+ years programming experience along with relational databases, .NET development environment with C#, deep experience with XML and WebServices is required. Must have working knowledge of SOAP, XML Schema, and XML Transformations. EDI experience is a plus. Strong understanding of Data Modeling, Object Oriented Design, Object Relational mapping, and XML/Web Services is required. Experience with Oracle 10g is a plus. Strong knowledge of multi-tier web applications, databases, and concerns such as performance, availability and scalability is required.

The Linux Systems Administrator will setup, maintain and troubleshoot hardware, OS, Storage, Networks, develop and maintain scripts for monitoring and reporting various aspects of system performance, resource utilization, and application usage. Will work closely with development team to deploy code, developing and maintaining scripts and systems for deployment. Conduct performance tuning and troubleshooting complex system and application issues. Provide 24x7 support, willing to work weekends and holidays. Some travel may be required. Requires: a minimum of 3 years Linux system administration experience, preferably in a high volume, highly available environment, LAMP stack experience is a must. Experience with one of more of the following scripting languages: Perl, Shell scripting, Php, Python. Extensive experience with open source tools and applications such as Apache, Bind, CVS,SVN, Bugzilla, MySQL, Configuration Management Systems etc. Strong understanding of system and network security strategies, monitoring tools such as Nagios, Gomez. Prefer experience with Cisco IOS and PIX.

The Director of Search Engine Marketing is responsible for maximizing the sales and profitability of the Search Engine Marketing channel globally. Manages $10M+ SEM budget. The ideal candidate has a thorough understanding of Search Engine Marketing, is a proven leader, and has a track record of delivering great results in a direct marketing environment. The MySQL Database Administrator will setup, administer and support MySQL databases servers for Production, QA and development, monitor databases for performance, bottlenecks and other issues, identify and deploy solutions
Works with Senior DBA to maintain a scalable, reliable, and robust database environment. Provides assistance to development team, with the ability to recommend best practices both in code and database design. Provide 24x7 support, willing to work weekends and holidays. Some travel may be required. Requires a min 3+ years MySQL database administration experience, preferably in a high volume, highly available environment, LAMP stack experience is a must. Proficiency in performance tuning MySQL and query optimization, database replication. Strong preference for experience with multi-datacenter MySQL replication, monitoring tools such as Nagios, MySQL DBA Certification

The Sr. QA Engineer will be responsible for various facets of product deployment for the solutions being developed by the Engineering Department. This position will create system test plans/ scripts for product releases, execute test scripts/Plans, create test data, log defects, and sign off on product quality. The QA Engineer will work closely with the development and business organufacturinnizations to understand the product functionality in order to create and modify product test documentation. Additionally, the Sr. QA Engineer will also manage the overall QA process, while interacting with product management, operations and software engineering personnel to determine where automation is necessary. Requires: 7-10 years experience developing test artifacts such as test plans, test cases and metrics. Good experience with bug tracking systems, triaging and reporting. Experience with web based applications testing using C#, SQL, VBScript, HTML, XML, .Net, and Oracle databases. Knowledge of QA tools such as NUnit or JUnit. Prior experience in testing application integration points using Web Services and XML is clearly an advantage.

The Senior Database Developer is primarily responsible for information model development and database application development on enteprise projects in a SQL Server 2003/2005 environment. Will design and develop integration layers between multiple databases using Enterprise tools. Will design support for database performance, data integrity and replication. Also responsible for developing and/or enhancing database standards and best practices within the group. The Database Engineer will create and maintain physical database structures, while also monitoring database operations, analyzing and responding to performance and other maintenance issues, and maintaining and coordinating required security approaches from a database standpoint. Seeking a Sr. Flex Developer to be a hands-on technical lead for all ActionScript and Flex development for applications involving the manipulating of media, including streaming video and audio. In close collaboration with platform architecture team, the developer will build code from scratch to lead complex Flash animation or Flash applications. We are seeking a senior developer with prior experience with Flex development, hands-on experience with ActionScript 2.0 and 3.0 and Flash technologies, knowledge of Flex 2.0/3.0, AIR, DHTML, AJAX and a strong understanding of JavaScript and SQL. Should also have experience with consuming XML and web services in Flash applications and integrating Flash applications for manipulating media, including streaming and archived video and audio.
