Our Network of IT Professionals is a great source of new business as well qualified professionals looking for a new job or project. Our Referral Program rewards those individuals that help us in our continued growth and high customer satisfaction.

To participate in our Referral Program, just follow these 4 simple steps:

Rules For Participating in Recruiting Partners' Referral Program (expires 12/31/06):

1. Referral Fees paid after 90 days of hire date. Max fee is $1000.00. The person placed in the referred job must also remain employed by the client for 90 days.
2. For FT placements, fee paid if person is hired by client company within 90 days of referral date. For contract placements, fee paid if contract is minimum 3 months in length. 
3. Applicable to non-split fee placements. Split fee situations will be negotiated on a case by case basis.
4. Referral Form/email is completely filled out and reviewed by a representative of Recruiting Partners.
5. You cannot refer a job for which you are a hiring manager.
6. RP vendors, employees are not eligible for the program. Clients are not eligible for referrals at the company by which they are currently employed. Lunch/Dinner possible.
7. Eligibility rules subject to change with or without notice.
8. Recruiting Partners' management reserves the right to qualify or disqualify eligibility for referral program at any time.
