Contingency Search/Executive
Search
When
it is time to make a full-time hire, our Executive Search
Consultants and Technical Recruiting Team takes the lead as the search arm of your company
to ensure that the position is filled in a timely, professional
and confidential manner. Working closely with the client,
our experienced search consultants will prepare position descriptions,
conduct salary surveys, provide detailed background information, conduct thorough sourcing of ideal candidates

Temporary/Contract/Project
Staffing
Our
Contract/Project Staffing services option enables you to enlist
the help of technical and management professionals to supplement existing staff without
the need to increase full-time headcount. Most projects are
full-time in scope, with durations from three to eighteen
months in length. Our pre-qualified professionals are
experienced at all levels, with broad expertise, technical, non-technical, management. And interim

Contract
to Hire
Our
Contract to Hire services option is what we refer to as the
“Try and Buy” option. This option allows the client
and the professional to work together for a specified period
of time, usually 3-6 months to evaluate the right fit. It
also allows the client to pay the placement fee over an extended
period of time.*
Outsourced Recruiting Services/Contract
Consulting/Contract Sourcers
Our
Outsourced Recruiting Consulting services option allows us to provide
our clients with an individual or team of professional recruiters
on an hourly, project basis. Our Consulting Division focuses
on providing our clients with sourcing professionals, junior to senior-level recruiting
consultants, staffing managers depending on your need. These consultants can
perform the work on-site or off-site either part-time (10-20
hours/week) or full-time (40 + hours/week) basis.
Our team can help if you need to establish staffing programs such as college/internship programs, retention programs, compensation programs, contract vendor management or recruitment of individuals with specific technical skills sets such as Java, LAMP, .NET.
We also provide recruiting business process consulting to companies that need to establish (or re-engineer) recruiting functions, processes and systems.
